While it is the health crisis that initially forced us to turn to the virtual world for the organisation of our fair, it is now clear that we will be continuing with this event format in the future! It is the perfect complimentary activity to physical fairs.

We were able to reach people who would not have gone to the classic show because of the distance. We even discovered a new clientele: future immigrants who had not yet arrived in Quebec, but who were wanting to prepare for their imminent arrival. With the ExpoPolis platform, there are no longer any constraints relating to distance and travel! We are accessible to everyone, regardless of whether they are on the territory or from further afield.

Visitor traceability. With ExpoPolis, our exhibitors have the possibility, at the end of the show, to download the list of people who virtually visited their booth together with their email addresses. Usually, for a physical event with 10,000 visitors, we only manage to retrieve around 3,000 email addresses since it is a personal preference to share this information. With a virtual fair, this data collection is automatic. We had 12,500 unique visitors and as many email addresses! A veritable gold mine allowing us to easily follow-up leads or make initial contacts.
